My Policies

Appointments cancelled 48 hours before the appointment date will be charged  a 50% cancellation fee. My system will send an appointment confirmation text the week of the appointment, if you need to reschedule you can do so through the booking link or text me directly and I'm more than happy to reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour window.

Cancellation

Charge for No-Show:If you do not show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee for the scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to cover the time that has been reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, you notify me at least 3 days in advance to avoid any charges. By implementing this policy, I aim to ensure that my time is respected and that I can continue to provide quality service to all my clients.


No-Shows

I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive late will be allowed a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the total service fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting both your time and mine. This policy helps me maintain a high standard of service for all clients. Late Arrivals

My pricing listed under services is  a true reflection for each service. If you see a + sign next to the service you wish to book (EX: Single process Color $220+) is because that price listed is the starting price, if you need a haircut the pricing increases. When you click on "Book Appointment" it will direct you to my booking site and you can find the detailed pricing menu there. 

I accept a variety of payments including Visa,Mastercard,American Express,Discover,Debit cards,Samsung Pay,Google and Apple Pay.I do not have a cash drawer and do not accept cash payments, however if you wish to tip me in cash that is totally acceptable.

I require a deposit of $150 in order to book a bleach and tone service and a deposit of $100 to book a full foilyage and full highlight appointment. These services are 4+ hours and I want to make sure that the time being reserved is guaranteed.

Pricing, Payments and Deposits

To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service, this policy outlines the procedures for re-dos of hair services. A re-do refers to any request by a client for a service to be redone due to dissatisfaction with the initial service, including haircuts and color. It is the clients responsibility to reach out within a 2 week time frame if they are dissatisfied with their results. Within the 2 week time frame the redo is complementary, after the 2 weeks it is no longer considered a redo as factors like the enviroment,minerals in the water and products used may have an impact on the color.
